When do I join in?

Go Bright for Cruse will be taking place on Friday 2 December 2022, if this works for you, but you can hold it any day that suits you and the people you’re taking part with. It’s the taking part that counts!

What do I need to do?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to take part.

  1. Advertise the event around your organisation.
  2. Wear your brightest clothes on the day.
  3. Share any photos you have on social media and tag us so we can see them, or email us your photos and we'll put them on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

How much does it cost to take part?

There's no fee for taking part — all we ask is that each person taking part makes a small donation towards Cruse Bereavement Care Isle of Man.

If you'd like to make a donation, you can do so on our JustGiving page, but we'll also happily accept donations by any other means. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Why are we doing this?

It's National Grief Awareness Week from 2–8 December. Driven by The Good Grief Trust, this week-long event aims to try to normalise grief and get people talking about this typically uncomfortable subject on a national platform.

Every penny raised will stay on the island to help us continue to offer these valuable services to anyone in our community who needs us.
