Footprints - Walk and Remember
Why walk for Cruse?
Taking part in a memory walk is a great way to enjoy a scenic, healthy, fun few hours with family and friends, while supporting the important work of Cruse, Isle of Man. Cruse Bereavement Care Isle of Man, Manx Charity No. 971 was founded in 1988, and exists to promote the well-being of bereaved people and to help anyone suffering bereavement caused by death to understand their grief and cope with their loss. To date Cruse has provided support to in excess of 1,500 people. By walking and raising sponsorship money you will be helping us to continue to provide this free support.
Raising funds:
In addition to your £10 registration fee (£20 per family), we encourage you to raise as much sponsorship money as possible. When you contact us we will send you an information pack that will include a sponsorship form. If you can’t collect sponsors, don't worry, just register and come along on the day and enjoy the walk!
About the walk:
The Memory Walk will take place come rain or shine on Sunday 1st July 2012 at 11.00am. The walk will begin in Peel at the old railway track (registration from 10.30am).
