Who we are

Cruse Bereavement Care Isle of Man is a free, voluntary and confidential bereavement support service available for everyone. Founded in 1988, Cruse is partly funded by a Department of Social Care grant.  However we rely heavily on other donations to run the service. Cruse Bereavement Care Isle of Man is a company limited by guarantee and registered with the Isle of Man Government, number 117100C. We are affiliated to the national charity Cruse Bereavement Care.

2013 is our 25th Anniversary here on the Isle of Man with a range of activities being planned – the aims being to raise the profile of our organisation, to attract more Volunteers, and to raise funds to continue our work.

His Honour Deemster Jack Corrin CBE is the Patron, and Mrs Pat Corrin OBE is the President of Cruse Bereavement Care Isle of Man, which is a Manx Registered Charity, 971.
